In MS Teams, if I am using D356 in Teams, and I go to a contact record, and try to call that contact, does the system automatically make an activity record for a phone call for that record?
Also, can I chat within D365 and Teams and have those chat records tied to a record?

Thank you for your query.
As far as I know, none of these features are currently available.
Teams integration provides collaboration on D365 data within teams, it is currently not a telephony kind of integration.
