In-App Toast Notification

Hi All,

Does anyone know if there is a permission to allow users to disable Toast Notifications? When the user disables it (as below) they click save but when they go back in it is enabled again. Im unable to replicate this as a system admin user

Hi Adam Travers,

As this is a preview feature ,only System Administrator can enable or disable Toast Notifications.

If toasts are enabled, we can turn them off at a user level.

Hi Manoj,

Many thanks for your reply. The issue here is the user cant disable it at user level for some reason, it just reverts back to enabled again. However, as you say, it is still a preview feature so I suspect its an early bug.

Hi Adam, maybe check out this article. It helped me resolve the issues with notification settings on basic user level : community.dynamics.com/.../model-driven-apps-in-app-notifications-only-system-administrators-can-view-notifications-what-about-the-other-users
