Hello Community Experts,

How do i design the Nav bar, buttons, links and other pages in dynamics 365 portals

How do i make the portal responsive so that i can view on desktop / mobile / tablet?

    Power Apps portals are based on Bootstrap 3.3.x and it is already taken care of being responsive.

    As Linn said, Portal is based on bootstrap so the vanilla portal is responsive. Now if you want to add more pages and Html, make sure that you follow the bootstrap design principles (grid systems etc) so that your additional Html is responsive as well.
