1,108I am working with SmartConnect (eConnect) to do a cash receipts integration into GP. SmartConnect has an adapter that uses the e-connect nodes.
The cash receipts portion works fine, but if I try to apply payments I am unable to. We first attempted to apply the -payments as part of the upload process but learned that the taRMApply node is intended to apply transactions that are already posted. As such we adjusted our process and created a separate integration to apply the payments but am still unable to get the payments to apply. The integration does not recognize the Apply to and Apply From values. In troubleshooting:
* We've verified that we can do the payment application manually and that the apply to and apply from values are available and correct
* We've attempted using the check number as the apply from and we've attempted using the Great Plains transaction number as the Apply From. Both produce the same error
Below is an example of the error using the check number.
Any thoughts on how to the the taRMApply process to work properly. I am spinning my wheels and would appreciate some feedback.
