PO stuck in Pending approval

I have an issue where the PO has been approved correctly all the way.

But it wont release the order. Any idea where to look or try ?

Checked allready through the approval user setup and looks fine.

Checked through the workflow and it is the same as in the other companies we have. So this only happen for a Specific company.

Approval user is set like this.

Total order is on 11.000.000

Requester has limit 10.000.

Approver 1 has a limit of 10.000.000

Approver 2 has unlimited.

Below shows then response when pending approvals is >0

Ensure Approver 2, with unlimited approval, is properly triggered in the workflow to finalize the approval.

Go to the Approval Entries page and verify if the request has been sent to Approver 2 for final approval.

Hi, also, can you try to see if the user can choose Cancel Approval Request and open the order again?

The Cancel approve request button doesnt show its greyed out. I have also checked the approval Entries looks correct there as well.

The PO is still stuck not sure what is going on here its only this order.

If you look at the document, what's the Status? You can also look at the Restricted Records page and see if you see the document there. If you do, you can delete it from there.

If so, can it be deleted?

If that doesn't work, the only way is for the developer to forcefully change the value from the code, because this Status field is not editable.

Hope this can give you some hints.

Hello,

I have the same problem, with a purchase workflow which has approval chain. Once all the approvers approve the PO, still in 'pending approval'. I already checked the solution of Khushbu Rajvi.. The proposal solution was to change the approval chain to Workflow user group, but the last line of approval keeps in Created, not open.

I think that the issues comes because I don't have a limit amount from the approval.

I don't know if you can give some light to this issue
