I am installing the marketing application in a productive environment, but it stays at 24% and shows the following message
"The request was not completed due to an error. re-install it or get in touch"
The version of the crm is 9.1.0.18647

Any idea what it could be?

Quite confused with the "If " on your statement, You mean to say it got published and in ready state and the application is accessible.
Was there any Network fluctuations while installing? Retry should work if there is any other platform blocking or network is dropping.
Please confirm if its installed and working fine.
I do not know if it is an error in the installation screen, but after a while I checked that the application was in the environment and if it was installed
