    Hi RachelleM,

    Can you try restart the portal under 'Portal Actions' and check? If this doesn't work, try to change the Portal state on & off.

    Also, was it working fine before?

    Hi Ravi Kashyap,

    I tried restarting the portal and changing the state but the error is still there.

    Yes it was working before. I'm wondering if this has something to do with the sandbox instance?because I reset it the other day

    It looks like is related to instance reset.

    Can you check if you still see Portals menu in your CRM?

    You can restore the backup of your CRM to the date it was working fine.

    Other option is to re-configure the portals from the portal admin i.e. "Manage Dynamics 365 Instance' >> Update Dynamics 365 Instance >> {Select the portal to be deployed}

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Ravi,

    I am having similar issue (community.dynamics.com/.../286131), Portal was working fine and broken all of the sudden. If i reconfigure and update Dynamics instance, would this effect existing configuration and Communications to the portal?

    i would really appreciate your reply.

    Many thanks

    Hi Dev Dex,

    If you reconfigure the portal that it will revert to its initial state i.e. you will lose all your configuration. As mentioned above you can restor your CRM organization to the date when it was working fine but then you may lose your crm data which have created since that date.

    I would just to rollback the changes you did. Restarting the portal mostly resolves this kind of error.

    Hope this helps.
