MSCRM 2016 Dashboard Chart Sum Amount Result Is Different from Sum Amount Result in Excel

Posted on by 265

Anyone facing the same issue that I have with MSCRM 2016 Dashboard?

The chart displayed sum amount result is different from the sum amount result in Excel.

I purposely export the records from the CRM View to Excel and calculate the SUM. The result is different between CRM and Excel, for example:     Excel = $17260249320 and CRM = $17263625592

    Hi,

Tenfold as a CTI solution could help. It integrates with majority of CRMs and any phone systems. It allows you to log the number of calls received and handled and time spent on each call and these can be viewed under your account's dashboard analytics stats. They also support MS Dynamics integration

I am having the same issue.  Chart sum from a specific view is different from when I export to Excel and sum the same value.  Were you able to resolve this?

    Hi,

It might be you are including active and inactive in CRM chart sum.  and when exporting to excel, exporting only active records.
