Hi

"My Microsoft Dynamics NAV Web Client" was suddenly hanged. It is working once reset iis services."

Please suggest what could be causes to hang.

Please refer below error while Microsoft Dynamics NAV Web Client was hanged.

Do you see any messages on the event viewer ? You screenshot does not provide much information about the error.

It seems to be error in web config file. Please check all parameters and restart iis and try again

Already restarted IIS and it is working fine. I want know count be the reason, from the log file i coundn't fingure out.
