Custom report access issue on workstation after SL 2011 upgrade

Why would a workstation not be able to access a custom report while the same report can be accessed on the server?

The standard report keeps loading instead.

    Uninstalled and reinstalled SL client to resolve issue.  Server and client install was done on each client causing SL to pull up standard report.
