eConnect programming help for Project Accouting (Billing Entry)

Hello,

I am new to eConnect and I would really appreciate if someone can guide me in the right direction.

So Here is my question. I am trying to write the code to create the billing entries for project accounting.

transactions -> Project -> Billing -> Biling Entry (in GP)

I found that I can use PAProjectFeesType class and use the xml reference given at, https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff623740.aspx

But it does not have all the fields for the header. Is there another class for this type of transaction?

Please help.
