We have on CRM 2011, we need to move it to CRM 2016.
We don't want to in place upgrade. Is there guide side by side migration for CRM.

Approach 1:
Upgrade from CRM 2011 to Dynamics 365 is three hop process, 2011 -->2013 -->2015 -->Dynamics 365
-Separate Data migration is not required as database will be upgraded
-Entire upgrade process including remediation of unsupported customization will be handled by TCS
Approach 2:
Redesign from scratch in D365/CRM2016
- Develop solution again
- Do the relevant data migration using tools like SSRS/SCRIBE
