Is there any workflow for new customer creation

I would like to have a workflow for approval when a new customer is created. But it only seems to be working on existing customers and change of fields.

there is approval of a customer required in workflow

look at the existing template

Hi

How do I set the approval to work on NEW customers. What I want here is that when a new customer has been added, someone else has to approve this customer before you can register a sales document. I dont' know how to add that as a filter.

This is the flow I want to create:

1. New customer is added to the customer card by a user other than Robin or Anders

2. The approval is sent to either Robin or Anders

3. In the meantime, it is not possible to register orders for the customer

4. When the customer is approved by Robin or Anders. Then it is possible to place a sales order and other sales documents on the customer.

1. use a customer template for creating new customers and set blocked to all, this will prevent the customer from being used on sales orders

2. the workflow then will wait for the approval and the approval user must unblock the customer so it can be used on sales orders
