    Hi,

Queries like this are not supported yet - there needs to be a record to compare a value against - you can work around this by creating a marketing list of accounts, and then removing records where child contact contains data - you are then left with accounts that don't have contacts. See Jukka's excellent post on this subject niiranen.eu/.../advanced-queries-with-advanced-find

    Hope this helps,

    Scott

    Hi Scott,

I'm not quite following - also read through Jukka's post but I still don't understand how to generate a report of all Accounts with no Contacts?

I tried creating a marketing list but the advanced find filters are exactly the same as if I were to do it from Accounts...

Any more help would be appreciated - I just need a report of all Accounts that have no contacts, any instructions would be awesome.

    Thanks in advance,

    C

Here is step by step to get all the accounts without contacts.

    6. Once you complete all  these steps marketing list will have only accounts without contacts.

    7. In your report you  can query accounts that are part of this marketing list to get all accounts without contacts.

What you are after is an outer join. crm2013 supports outer joins. The only problem is this can't be done from the interface. Export the entity that contains the required view and edit the customisations to modify the fetchxml as an outer join. Please have a look at http://www.powerobjects.com/blog/2013/11/07/perform-left-join-fetchxml-display-results-crm-2013/
