Synapse link Incremental CSV sync from D365 to dataverse running very slow

I have synapse link setup against my D365 F&O, the sync time is setup for every hour and that works fine

The issue is the incremental sync to the dataverse, is taking a while.

THE QUESTION is where can I find information on the expected time for these changes to appear and where, how can I debug anything taking too long?

Context:
I tested the incremental sync to CSV by manually posting a journal, confirmed the posting was successful using the d365 export option and there was a delay of around 8 minutes before the CSVs appeared in the incremental folder on the lake. I have confirmed that this happened well outside of the regular sync 60m window.

I'd review the logs for the incremental sync process to identify any errors or warnings that might indicate where the delay is occurring.
Also it would be nice to look at performance metrics such as CPU usage, memory usage, and disk I/O on the server hosting the D365 F&O and the Azure Synapse Link. High resource usage can slow down the sync process.
