Dynamics 365 Customer engagement -Case Maangement
when i try creating a case from contact under Cases about this contact section , contact name is not prepopulated in unified Interface.
It works fine in Classic interface.
how do i fix this?

Hi partner,
Is "Cases about this contact" a custom section in your form?
In contact form whether main form or interface experience form, we could create related cases directly in related area.
And the customer lookup field will be set as the current contact in new case.
