Service Case Management in CRM

We are looking at a few products or creating our own. Our most important issue is case management and case tracking. We want our customer(s) to be able to log tickets/service issues, add attachments, track ownership, see resource utilization, and close tickets. Is this available in CRM?

    Hi,

    Everything you mention apart from web portal/online logging is available through CRM out of the box.  The case management section of CRM on the supporting users side of things can benefit heavily from customisation, such as use of queues and workflow to manage data throughout the system.
