Problem in calling action from Java script

Hi,

I'm trying to call an action from Java script but it is showing error "bad request 400". It is at req.send(requestXML); . How to solve this?

    Thanks a lot. Its working but the problem is the code is triggering on onLoad even though I specified on onSave.
