ReportI have setup several site ID's without issue except the Facility Segment ID (our company ID) keeps disappearing when the record is saved. I have two segment boxes on the Site ID card. The Account Segment ID, which is always the same as the Site ID, behaves as expected and remains when saved. I am able to type in or select the Facility Segment ID from the table that pops up. As previously stated, when I re-open the Site ID the Facility Segment ID is not present.
What are your suggestions? Does this need to be activated someplace else?
