Has anyone run into an issue where the component is serialized and upon selecting the serial number the SN# populates but the quantity issued associated with the SN# changes from 1 to 0. The record apparently updates the allocated quantities but never the quantity fulfulled on the WO.

Then it allows the selection of a new SN# and deletion of the first but the serlot table is then compromised.

This is version 7.03.31201 (SL7.0 FP1 with all hotfixes). The only knowledge base info I could find was that this was a problem in 5.5SP1
