One my customer need an Event Management solution, integrated with Dynamics CRM 365.
I have read that Microsoft will add an Event Management module, but currently there are no integrated solutions and the suggestion is to consider "Adobe Marketing Cloud".
That solution is too big for my customer, which actually needs a quite light event management module.
Looking for possible third-party solution, I read something about PowerZapEvent which seems to be available since CRM 2011. What I do not understand very well of this solution is the pricing which is 2$ per user, but seems also accounts are counted. Do you have any experience with this addon? What can you tell me more about it and its pricing?
However, I would appreciate if you have any other suggestion about addon(s) and third-party solutions for event management which are not too expensive and not too complex. Personally I would avoid to set-up/develop a custom solution, since I would prefer to rely on something stable, robust and already used in other projects.
I am looking to someone with a good experience in event management integrations with Dynamics CRM and especially Dynamics 365, in order to have really valuables inputs and suggestions.
