I was looking at D365 App for mobile (Phones & Tablets) and it stated that this come with offline capabilities. However, I was unable to use the app when I disconnected from the internet (turned off mobile data and wifi). We were informed this capability though available needs to be configured. Is this the case? We are looking to roll out the mobile app at our company and I was just testing the capabilities / features of the app.
