Add a new language (Slovak) in Language Table

Hi,

I was trying to add a new language code (according to ISO) to the language table (e.g. sk for Slovak).

In the language table sk is available:

However, when I click on Refresh language in the form itself, then this newly created record is not shown. If I try to create new language record I get a message that the record already exists. It seems that problem is in view query, it is not showing newly created records?

Is there another way to add languages? I would simply need it to define the language on customers/suppliers in order to print report in this language (no SSRS report, it's an ISV solution for report design). Language of report labels is based on customers/suppliers language id.

Hi Markus,

For the application to be aware of a new language, you need to have at least one label file with one or more labels for that language in your environment. Out of the box, there is no label for the Slovak (sk) language. That is the reason why this language is not showing up in the user interface.
