How to Increase Quota limit for contacts

We are using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing Module to send out email communications to clients and potential clients. Currently we have a quota limits of 2000 contacts to send communications to which we can send 20000 email communications per month. I would like to know how we can increase the limit of contacts and what will be the prizing for the same. If anyone can help us to find this.

Hello Clofly,

Thank you for your response. I have gone through the link you shared earlier but i am still confused with the prize which we need to pay to increase our Quota limit from 2000 contacts.

I went thought the forum and some people posted that it will cost around $600/8000 contacts. Some people posted it will cost @ £452.50+VAT/8000 contacts.

I am not sure how much will it cost to increase the limit from 2000 contacts.

I'm not familar about pricing topic, you could contact with sales team for better support if you had question on license or quota limits.

I have been reaching out to Microsoft sales team support from 2 days (Chat, Request we contact you) but no response. with chat no associate available to chat from yesterday.

Will surely reach out for any questions relating Marketing.

Hi!

You would need to purchase additional contact packs that are mentioned here. This is also mentioned in detail here, on the licensing guide. You can also go to admin.microsoft.com and sign in to your Microsoft 365 tenant using an administrator account, go to Billing > Purchase services, and search for Dynamics 365 Marketing Contact Packs.
