Email Engagement: Replies are being tracked but not opens or clicks.

We have reviewed all pre reqs again and believe everything is turned on for Email Engagement.

We are seeing replies tracked both under the Relationship Analytics tab of the contact as shown in the screen shot below however we are not getting any open or click tracking information under Email Engagement. This is the same under the Followed Email Activity view.

Anywhere else we can look to make sure Email Engagement  is turned on properly?

    I believe you need to mark the email as follow ... please check here Email engagement for Dynamics 365 Sales Insights - Dynamics 365 AI | Microsoft Docs  section "Enable or disable following for individual messages"

    Hello, yes emails are set to follow and Email engagement is turned on but we see not tracking information even when there is a reply to an email. We have also confirmed Follow Email is set to yes under the lead.

    Does anyone have Email Engagement working properly? Not sure what we could be missing.
