Sales accelerator - Work assignment setup per country

Hello,

I'm struggling with setting up properly the work assignment for sales accelerator.

I want my main segment to run this way;
- Contact form is X
- Contact Form Reason is X

Then, I want to assign leads based on the info they gave on the /country/ field, to specific sales people.

The problem is that I have 160 countries to map to only 9 salespersons.

I was forced to split my segments in 2, as there is a condition limit of 10 for segments, and assignment rules. That means that whatever is in segment 2 (priority 2), is not considered.

Do you have a magic trick to handle such a setup?

Thanks a lot,
I have the same question (0)

    Hi Partner,
The dynamic matching mentioned in the link you provided does work.
So the key is that you need to have a field in the User table to store the country.
You mentioned that need add several countries to a single internal user, you can try to use multi-select choices column:

I hope you can mark my answer verified if it answer your question! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah

    Hi Leah,

Thank you for your answer, it lead me on the right track.

What I did was use "Seller attributes" based on a country pick list, then assigned the countries to the different sellers.

In the assignment rules, all I had to do was to point out that I want to assign leads based on the country attributes, with, of course, having the same field in my forms.

    Now, it works :)
