Hello,
We recently integrated Microsoft Teams with Dynamics 365 for Sales. Everything is working for the desktop. When they try to use the app on their phone they keep getting the following error message: "Application Not Available: This application is not available for this organization. Please try picking a different organization or contacting your administrator for further assistance."
Has anyone else had this error?

I cannot repro the issue on my environment , for detailed support recommend to open a case with Microsoft support on admin.powerplatform.com/
You may try to enabling the preview feature under System Settings.

The Dynamics 365 for Teams mobile is currently a preview feature and it is still not officially supported and may cause various issues, since it is not fully developed.
