Sales forecast - no forecast records generated

Hi everyone

I've configured the new Sales Forecast functionality in Dynamics 365 Sales Hub and activated it successfully.

But there's no forecast record generated - the My Active Forecasts view is empty. When I do an advanced find for forecast records, no results are returned.

Has anyone had this issue?

    Can you check if the pre-requisites are assigned to the affected user  following the reference articles.

    Thanks for your response.

    Yes, I've gone with a fine toothcomb through the prerequisites and the config.

    I've used XRMToolbox to see if any Forecast records have been generated - the only record that I could find, is the Config record:

    I've also recreated the configuration without any specified security roles, so that the forecast records are viewable by all, but with no luck.

    Any ideas?

    This has just helped me: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales/ts-forecasts 
    plus https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/sales/add-forecast-site-map

    I then added "System Administrator"  as an "additional security role" under "Permissions" in the Forecast configuration.

    Now the Forecast is showing up in the Sales app ->Performance / Forecasts

    I hope this will help someone ...
