Leave/Absence Approval Workflow - 2 Approvals at the same time

Hi,

I need to set 2 approvals, at the same time, for a leave request. In my case, the Manager OR the Team Skipper can approve the leave request (only one of them needs to approve/deny).

However, looking at the Workflow tool, it seems that there is no way to do this (right now, I can only set that one validates and then the other one validates).

Is this possible? If so, how?

    Hi Ana,

    Based on the information you have shared, I would assume this is not possible.

    Within the workflow it's possible to assign a workflow to a user group, where only 1 approval is needed (other users will be notified). 

    However, this is almost impossible to setup and maintain, as you would need to have user groups for all possiblities or manager and skippers, and a lot of conditional descissions.

    Therefor I would see if you could change your processes:

    - either 2 approvals;

    - or 1 approval, and 1 notification (for example per e-mail)
