What limitations do we have for customization of forms

  • What limitations do we have for customization of forms, ie. color, font, logos, images, or any other branding options? 

    I believe I recall seeing a MSFT doc that mentioned some discrepancies in styling/formatting of forms in Real-time vs. Outbound but can't seem to find it. Is anyone aware of any styling/formatting discrepancies? We need to ensure our forms being created in Real-time will fully align with our current corporate branding, like our current Outbound forms do.

    Hi Christopher,
     
    There are no limitations of customizing the design of real-time journey forms. The Themes feature broadening the UI controls to adjust the form styling was introduced in September. If you need more advanced styling customizations, you can modify the CSS of the form HTML.

    Thank you, Petr. The new Themes feature does seem promising. We have requested access to the Preview version of this tool, which I believe will prove quite useful.
