Import list of contacts to Real-Time Segments

Hello everyone!
 
As we all now are moving from Outbound to Realtime, our organization are having some issues with importing lists to REal Time Segments. In Outbound we were able to import a list of contacts (personal ID) and then connect these personal ID's to existing contacts, and then the segment was created. This list was usually given to us by a different part of the organization. 
 
Now that static lists are not an option anymore in Real-Time, does anybody have a solution or some tips on how to solve this issue.

    I agree that it is currently not possible to use the segments in realtime as static lists in the same way it was possible with outbound. As a workaround you could use the table marketing lists, as there are static marketing lists. Or you create a custom table that acts as a middle for contacts and segments. Add a campaign name field for filtering on that.
    Then you would build a segment in RT that looks for all contacts with a record in this custom table.
