Setup time not taken into account in capacity ledger entries

If I post an output journal for example run time 20 minutes and setup time 30 minutes, the capacity ledger entry only shows the cost based on the run time.

Is there a way to take the setup time into account too?

Look at Manufacturing Setup. I guess you have unmarked Cost Incl. Setup Field. Place a checkmark in this field if you want the NAV automatically includes the setup times in the cost.
