Hi,

What are the various methods to connect Dynamics CRM (365) online to:

1. On-Prem ERP systems like SAP, Infor that expose APIs

2. On-Prem Oracle DB for data sync

3. Other on-cloud systems like Salesforce/ServiceNow

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Akash,

You can do them with Power Automate (previously Flow) without code.

    SAP ERP:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/saperp/

    Oracle DB:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/oracle/

    Salesforce:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/salesforce/

    ServiceNow

In addition, you can also connect them with Dynamics 365 Web API,(code way)

just register an Azure Active Directory application firstly:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/powerapps/developer/common-data-service/walkthrough-register-app-azure-active-directory

then import corresponding AAD authentication libraries that are based on your programming language into your project.

    e.g: https://github.com/AzureAD/azure-activedirectory-library-for-java(Java)

    https://github.com/AzureAD/azure-activedirectory-library-for-js(Javascript)

You can find all suported client libraries here:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/azuread-dev/active-directory-authentication-libraries#microsoft-supported-client-libraries

Indeed, you can connect Salesforce to Dynamics CRM. It's not easy for a novice to do this, but salesforce customization services allows people to understand it even without experience. At the same time, there is support from the company.
