I am about to write a best practice/procedure about how to create and manage account hierarchies. However, what I noticed is that the information related to the /children/ are not transferred to the /parent/ account.
In other words, I would expect to see all contacts, opportunities, revenues, etc..., rolled up into the parent account so that I can leverage on these info in dashboards and reporting.
Does anyone have the same experience or am I missing something? Any workaround?
