HI experts - We have a Mexican localization requirement to configure E-Invoicing CFDI in Accounts Receivable within D365 F&O. I found information on MS Learn about the E-Invoicing CFDI configuration. Do we have any details on the PAC providers list that we can explore? Additionally, does the Microsoft FastTrack team have any walkthrough videos, documents, and sample XML files for this configuration? I'm seeking this information because there isn't much setup-related sample data in the Demo database for the legal entity MXMF.

For configuring E-Invoicing CFDI in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, you can explore the list of PAC providers authorized to validate and certify electronic invoices. You can find detailed information on the PAC providers and the integration process on the Microsoft Learn page for Electronic invoices (CFDI)

thanks for the reply. It seems providers list is available on sat.gob.mx but its not opening.

Hello Sankar,

The Mexican localization was programmed based on the Web Services provided by the PAC "Interfactura".

Any other PAC selected by the implementation team requires customization.

Regarding e-invoicing, I recommend taking a look at the article Understanding Electronic Invoicing in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – DynFOTech to gain a better understanding of how the e-invoicing process works in D365FO.

For a general overview, you may find the Electronic Invoicing for Dynamics 365 - TechTalk helpful. However, please note that there isn’t currently a dedicated video specifically covering CFDI (Mexico).

Hi,

The fast-track team would not likely be of help, since they do not have information on this topic. You can reach out to the architect assigned for you or simply raise a ticket, with specific error you are facing midway of implementation, this might get you connected with the product team.

The product team for the E-invoicing process (Core team) sits in Dublin, Ireland, if you are connecting with an engineer from MS make sure they are from here, else it will go in loops, and you might take time to find the answer.

Also, you can simply follow the steps posted on the learn documentation, as it has covered almost all steps except troubleshooting aspect.

Please make sure to go through both Finance and supply chain version of same document, as each of it will have different steps.
