I have tried to search for the RapidStart tools for GP 2015 (RapidStart and RapidConfiguration Tools) but I haven't found anything related to the 2015 Tools being available or when they will be available. Has anyone attempted to try and use the 2013 version with GP 2015? Anyone know of the release date for them?

I have posted a request on the Microsoft ideas site to have this option removed from the new company creation User interface as it is still included in 18.x versions - please upvote!

unfortunately the tool seems to have had a common path for AX & GP, but only AX got a successor, which will be called LCS (Lifecyle Configuration Services or something similar).
Bummer! I did find a workaround which was installling eConnect version 12, but that also requires a DYNAMICS db at version 2013 or 2013 R2 and Dexterity version 12. Not a huge deal, but a pain nonetheless.
Still waiting for the release. Unless I'm horrible at google-ing.
Can any of the Microsoft folks on here comment on when this will be available? I'm sitting at a client's office trying to install rapid start 2013 in a 2015 environment, and I'm finding out that your eConnect needs to be at the same version. Should I just download and install eConnect 12? Or can someone point me in the direction of the rapid start for GP 2015 download?
I have not heard anything yet.
