How is the sales tax calculation for this tax code setup? Do you calculate the tax from the amount incl. or excl. tax? Can you check this setting in the sales tax code form and compare it with the other setups that have been made?

Well, answered the question on my own. I added the notes after the invoice had been posted. I made a new free text invoice and added the notes and then posted and it printed on the report.
