OOB is out-of-box, it means the standard feature.

The OOB feature consider both constraints. There is no parameter to configure it.

You need to do a customization that the MRP does not consider the default order setting.

The min quantity is 15, and the default order quantity to use for requirement calculation is 24. So the order requirement quantity is 24.

If you want to the planned quantity is 15, you need to clear the inventory multiple.
