I think this may have to do with some of the customizations we put in NAV. I will look into that further.

Thank you for the reply. we finally manage to resolved the issue. we found out it was due to a corrupt TS user profile so we delete that profile and have the user recreated it by login to the TS server. We set the language and keyboard setting…
