Our user wants to change Time sheet approver ID. All the time sheet lines are already approved and no outstanding.
But When I change new approver ID, I have this problem. What is unprocessed time sheet lines? where to find? and what needs to be done?
Appreciate much on your advice.
Unprocessed = open timesheets. Many time sheets lines must exist for forward dates. Would mean deleting those for that user and creating again once the approver has been altered.
You mean time sheet lines which related to job journal lines with status open?
Yes, that’s correct
I have deleted all the job journal related to that resource.
But still I can't change to time sheet approver.
But some Jobs are still open under that resource PM.
May I know where else I can find those unprocessed time sheet lines.
Adding to Josh's reply... Did you delete all the open Timesheets that the User has not processed? If yes, have you updated the Approver for that User and then create Timesheets for that User.
I have deleted all open timesheets which means all open job journal lines.
Do you mean that Time sheet approver ID in resource card? Yes, I did but I got error.
That resource is PM in Job card and some jobs under his name are still open.
Is this the reason I can change time sheet approver ID?
Do I still need to close those jobs which under his name?
So the Resource has no open Timesheets. OK, then I see a bug that I would ask your Partner to debug and resolve. You should be able to switch an Approver on the Resource when nothing is open for the Resource.

Some Job are still WIP under this resource. Is that related to why I cannot switch the approver ID?
