A friend I am helping has a problem on printing Labels.

he goes into the transfer Inventory In and receives the Order. He clicks on Lables to print all the labels required and follows all the steps for printing the labels. When he clicks opn print and the preview box comes up it always shows page 1 of 1 and no more. This is OK if only 1 label needs printed but most of the time he has multiple items on the transfer.e.g. 7 items and print preview only shows page 1 of 1.

Any help and suggestions would be great.

    Hi Guys,

Managed to work this out but the reply given by Ed Boyer was correct.

    Thanks for all the assistance.

Are you using a format that only has 1 column and 1 row.  Or are you using one of the default avery label formats that have multiple labels per page. If you are using the latter then you have to create a new label format to use the dymo, You can do this in the Label Designer within the Manager program.  Make sure to set the rows and columns to 1.

The Dymo driver thinks of each label as a page.

    Still no change.

Still shows 1 of 1 on the page.

When you click the Labels button, look at the top of the new window, it says a fixed qty of 1.  If you have committed the reciving, select the Issed/Receieved on this Order , select the Add All button in the middle and then Set Quantity on the top right.
