Putting employees at the centre of your organisation has been proven to help organisations succeed whatever they are looking to achieve. This user group will help you understand how you can improve that employee experience focusing each week on:
- The pillars of employee experience - Wellbeing, growth, empowerment, purpose, focus and connection
- Technology from Microsoft that can support these pillars
- Real life examples of employee experience - the good, the bad and the ugly
Each week we will invite two guests to talk on each of the first two subjects and then open up the floor to share each of our experiences between us. This won't just be us talking to you, we want chat, we want to engage, we want to learn more with you.

Not sure about meeting in real life? Don't worry, we'll be online too!
The aim is to have hybrid sessions so you can join us regardless. Initially we'll have locations in the UK and Spain but over time, we'd love to be fully global too.
