We have Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations. We are setting up vendor punch outs. One of our vendors wants us to pass dynamic data from the requisition, site id, site name, and site address. This seems like it is a customization to pass the information into the cXML based on what has been selected on the requisition. Has this been done in the past and did you use a partner for the coding?

Hi, yes, if you are using the standard cXML functionality in D365, adding new fields to the cXML file will require customization and deployment.
