Unable to update production order status to report as finish due to order quantity may not be reduced error
Hello Everyone
I am trying to short close a batch order with below parameters using process Report as finish through D365FO Production order form
1.selected zero quantity for Formula and Co products
2.Automatic Route and Automatic BOM consumption to None
3.Select End for Picking list , Route and RAF to yes
4.Selected Accept error to yes
get the Infolog for below are as posted successfully
A. Picking list
B.RAF
C. Route card
But unable to update the Production order status to Report as finish due to below error:
Item number: xxxxx
Write-down ordered quantity
Site=xxx,Warehouse=xxx,Inventory status=Available,Batch number=xxxxx
Ordered quantity may not be reduced by -18.00 because the available quantity then will be negative.
Update has been cancelled.
Any pointers what I am missing?
