Modern low/no-code solutions exist that can make short work of historically complex problems. What’s even better? We are seeing that companies offering managed services are in a prime position to monetize new integrated capabilities. We will explore how Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management (BPM) and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) can all play a role in streamlining business operations, eliminate wasteful “swivel chair” activity, and drive top line revenue. We will also touch on what’s coming in the near term with AI, and talk about how iPaaS is an ideal underpinning of AI driven business solution.

Andy Park - is the Chief Growth Officer and Co-Founder of TeamCentral, a no-code data
integration platform that facilitates /intelligent automation/. He is responsible for driving the
commercialization of TeamCentral’s automation and data management solutions, and
ensuring that customers and business partners are successful and delighted by our team
and our solutions.
For over 25 years Andy has been advising companies on how to best leverage people,
process and technology for maximum business performance. Andy’s business and IT
consulting experience spans many industries. His areas of expertise include: strategic
planning, program management, operational excellence, process improvement, automation
and product development. Prior to TeamCentral, Andy was a National Vice President and Partner at Centric Consulting where for over 18 years he advised clients on how to solve business and technology challenges with enterprise grade solutions.
Tanya Kannon - with over 15+ years working in Operations Research, Data Analytics, and
Data Science across military, government, and contracting applications. Tanya brings a wealth of experience in Power BI, machine learning, SQL, data mining, data encoding, programming, and business intelligence. Her proven ability to quickly identify and resolve complex data issues to improve accuracy and efficiency and reduce cost.
