With stories in the news everyday around hacking, to ever increasing regulation around personal data, executives are challenging their employees to develop and deploy the right methodologies and solutions to provide the required security controls. Zach Flynn, BI & Analytics Developer at Alltech, will describe the journey that data takes from D365/AX2012 to Power BI to business insights for users/analysts. He will describe the tools used by the Alltech BI team, considerations for creating the Power BI data models and reports, and the strategy to glean the requirements from the business user.
