Session - 7: This session provides a deep dive into how Telemetry and Application Insights empower proactive monitoring, diagnostics, and performance in D365FO. Participants will learn why telemetry matters, how to enable and configure Application Insights both in D365 FO and Azure, and how to interpret logs, traces, and metrics to uncover issues before they impact users. A live demo will walk through real‑world scenarios such as tracing errors, analysing performance bottlenecks, and visualising operational insights using Azure Data Explorer.
Session - 8: Responsible AI is easy to define but much harder to implement. In this hands-on session, we’ll explore how to operationalize Responsible AI on the Microsoft stack using guardrails, grounded responses, verification, monitoring, and automated red teaming. Attendees will leave with practical patterns for building AI systems that are not only powerful, but also trustworthy.
