I have been having Dynamics clients try to update to Feature Pack 1 when it has already been installed. Has anyone encountered this with Dynamics SL 7.0? I have racked my brain trying to figure this out. Thank you for any insight!
This has been reported a few times in the past. For the most part, it seemed that there was an issue between SL and Crystal. The most common resolution to this issue is installing the full version of Crystal Reports for Dynamics SL. You can install this by running setup from the Microsoft Dynamics SL 7.0 Feature Pack 1 installation files.
If that doesn't resolve it, take a look at the event log to see if anything is entered there when it tries to install.
