I'm running into an issue with a script error that keeps popping up when the FormOnChange and OnSave.
We do have JS for to hide a field in the form, but now i have removed, but am getting the script error on event handler,
and it was still happening even i completely removed JS. I'm not sure what the main cause is. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Thanks in Advance!!!
First, please clear your browser cache and cookies, try another browser of the latest version to see if it works. Please provide the version of your D365.
Then, could you provide error screenshots and error logs?
Please confirm that whether the js events in the Event Handlers has been deleted.
In addition, since this is a problem about Sales, not about AI for Sales, I recommend that you move this post to Dynamics 365 for Sales Forum or Dynamics 365 General Forum.
Hope this helps.
Thank you for your response,
I have removed from event handler, but the same error is prompting, Please suggest me and Thanks in advance.
In addition to the OnChange event of Field Properties, is the OnLoad event and OnSave event of Form Properties checked?
Please note that there is more than one Form Properties, you need to check all the Form Properties.
