Our client has a requirement, where they are selling the items in Packs where each pack contains 10 PCS.
Their base sales unit is Pack, however they wanted to see 10 PCS as units on MPOS cart/sales screen and on receipts when they add and sell an Items. Sales price also set for Packs.
Below are my concerns;
a. How we can achieve by standard configuration?
b. If not by standard, can we achieve through customization?
c. what are the impacts on customization if we built?
Yes, this needs to be done as a part of customization.
Impact of the customization depends on how you do it.

we found a workaround through Barcodes, where we updated the the pack barcode with UOM which the client wanted to see in the display & receipts.
